Lead Pastor David Drake
David and Libbie have been married for 25 years. They have 4 children. Dave planted CrossWinds in 2001. He is passionate about Jesus, his family, urban neighborhoods and public schools, especially Godwin Heights.
Pastor Aaron Sucaldito
Aaron is the pastor of worship and arts at Crosswinds. Aaron lives with his wife, Laura, and their three children, Ramiele, Jacoby, and Joven in Godwin Heights. He enjoys playing piano and guitar and loves sports. Aaron also serves as the director for the CrossWinds Academy of the Arts.
Pastor Dave Blok
Dave is the Neighborhood pastor of the CrossWinds - Godfrey-Lee congregation. Dave and Amanda, along with their two sons and daughter, love being involved in the Godfrey-Lee community and being part of the CrossWinds family. Dave is an expert on where to find the best food in the neighborhood. The Bloks have been a part of Crosswinds since 2010.
Pastor Aaron Turner
Aaron is the Administrative pastor at Crosswinds and leads worship at the Godfrey-Lee location. He and his wife Rachel 2 kids: Joelle and Cooper. They attended Crosswinds from 2006-2010 and are pleased to be back after serving as missionaries in the Caribbean.
Pastor Tom Bradley
Tom is the planting pastor of CrossWinds – West Side. Tom and his wife Merri have been married for 35 years, have 4 children and three grandchildren. Tom and Merri have been serving in ministry for over 20 years in West Grand Rapids/ Walker, and has been connected to the CrossWinds family since it began.
